We’re looking for a Technical Project Lead to join our Workplace Technology team. This role is critical in ensuring our technology projects are delivered seamlessly, efficiently, and with the highest impact. If you have a passion for managing technical projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and improving workplace technology, we’d love to hear from you!
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:

Managing and executing technical projects within Workplace Technology, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and deadlines.

Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify project goals, scope, and resource allocation.

Tracking and resolving project risks and issues, proactively identifying solutions.
-
Driving continuous improvements in project methodologies, compliance, and quality assurance.

Leading change management and communication plans for technical implementations.
-
Supporting ICT operations, assisting with ticket resolution and driving service improvements.

Using data-driven insights to measure success and refine project strategies.
What you will bring:
-
A dynamic background in Workplace Technology / Service Management and User Experience, showcasing the ability to challenge the ‘status quo’ with a continuous improvement mindset.

A working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
-
Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, JSM, etc.) and an understanding of SLAs, metrics, and KPIs.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.

A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with strong organizational skills.
-
Ability to balance technical and business needs to drive project success.
-
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Google Workspace, and Zoom is a plus.
