About the role
A highly experienced and strategic thinker with a proven track record
in FMCG, packaging, and luxury branding. You possess exceptional client
relationship management skills and the ability to lead and inspire teams.
You are a proactive self-starter with a passion for developing innovative
brand strategies and a deep understanding of market research and brand
innovation. You excel at translating complex strategic concepts into
actionable creative briefs and guiding creative output. You are also a
confident presenter and comfortable representing the agency at industry
events.
About you
As Strategy Director, you will lead strategic services for key clients,
ensuring brand and creative strategies are aligned with business
objectives. This involves proactively engaging with clients, conducting
market research, facilitating workshops, and developing inspiring brand
worlds. You will also contribute to the development of new brand strategy
offerings, identify new business opportunities, and provide mentorship to
the strategy team. This role requires a deep understanding of the FMCG,
packaging, and luxury markets, and the ability to translate strategic
insights into compelling creative solutions that drive business growth.
