We are keen to meet our next Sales Implementation Executive working in one of our most experienced Commercial Sales teams working directly with clients and Independent Advertising Agencies. Based in South Melbourne, you will be the key go-to person for our Account Directors and Clients for all things related to their advertising campaigns – think:
- Coordinate and communicate with a range of stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery that WOWS (this includes quick turnaround responses to emails and phone calls)
- Assist Account Directors in pitching to clients by helping craft presentations and proposals (your Canva skills are chefs kiss)
- Processing of on-air booking approval forms, sourcing advertising materials and instructions plus assisting in the implementation of client campaigns (you are keen to learn everything there is to know about advertising sales and the radio industry)
- Helping organise client events and functions and working closely with our Events and Promotions teams for client-led activations
This is a 12-month maternity leave cover contract beginning in the middle of March 2025.
You will be perfect for this role if you:
- Have a gift of the gab and a love of sales and negotiations. - Or are a gun with administration – you love systems and processes and you are KNOWN for running a tight ship (everyone wants you on their team because your organisational skills are out of this world). This role will see you get across all the functions that make Nova Entertainment the vanguard of the Broadcast Media industry.
- Are keen to develop your career in Broadcast Media – these roles are the perfect first step for someone getting to know our business and then developing their career into areas such as Airtime, Campaign Management, Events and Promotions or Programming.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in our Subiaco Offices. Our Sales Teams are dynamic, engaged and highly collaborative and being on-site will ensure your personal and professional career development.
