About The Team:
Grocery and Retail is a startup within Uber, a team focussed on growth,
but with the support and leverage of Uber’s large global ridesharing and
delivery businesses. It is the delivery of everything that isn’t
restaurant food - think groceries, essentials, alcohol, pharmaceuticals,
pet, beauty, and more... We are creating something brand new! Many of the
problems we face are new for Uber and require creative solutions that
cater to different customers, we’re able to solve them because we deeply
care #BuildwithHeart.
About The Role:

Lead the Partner Success team who are responsible for excellent merchant
experience, operational improvements and some growth initiatives with
our largest strategic and enterprise accounts

Work in partnership with the Strategic Account Management team to
deliver impact on partnership priorities

Lead enterprise-wide strategic and operational improvement activities
incl. growth initiatives, productivity opportunities, processes
optimisation, etc.

Lead strategic priority initiatives for the commercial org, including
GTM
The Experience You’ll Bring:
- Experience leading high performing customer facing teams
-
Track record of effectively managing a complex set of business and
partner priorities
-
Commercial acumen. Understanding of how businesses and organisations
work and how to navigate a partner's business.

Project management and organisational skills. Proactive, creative and
flexible. Experience working cross-functionally preferred.
- Commercial Operations or Strategy and Planning experience

Experience with process improvement, efficiency and optimisation
