We are searching for an Offline Marketing Campaign Manager to run flyering campaigns in cities across the US. We’d love to hear from you if you’re a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can get up to speed quickly and own this marketing channel. You’ll get to play a key role in shaping how we grow, making a direct impact on the overall success of the company as we expand into new markets across the US.
This role oversees our City Managers who distribute flyers to Taskers. You’ll manage everything from setting up new market operations, hiring and training City Managers in each market, posting and assigning flyering tasks each week, organizing flyer distribution and ensuring that all Taskers get paid and reviewed.
You will own and be responsible for improving the operational process, hitting distribution targets across multiple markets, and cultivating an engaged Tasker community. You’ll report to the Head of Growth for the US.
This is a full time contract position. Regular travel required. Some weekend hours are required. Must be based in Los Angeles.
What you’ll do:

Post, assign and manage street flyering campaigns from start to finish in current 3 US markets

Travel to new US markets to complete operational setup

Recruit, train and manage City Managers in each market, working closely with them to acquire localized knowledge, Tasker feedback, and improve on-the-ground operations

Provide support during flyer distribution to Taskers on a weekly basis

Ensure payment is released to Taskers on the day their task is completed

Review every Tasker that successfully completes a task

Own and optimise the operational process, seeking out ways to make it more efficient

Find ways to localize our flyering locations and marketing content through tasker feedback

Track and report on performance metrics weekly

Own and maintain flyer and merch stock levels, working with our printers and merch vendors to restock when needed
