As the Performance/Search Associate, you will proactively support the
senior team, taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the
team to ensure media campaigns run smoothly and to plan. You will build
foundational knowledge and gain a solid understanding of the fundamentals
of media processes.
What your typical day will look like
The Performance/Search Associate role with Carat is a great place to
start and forge a career in the media industry. Reporting to the
Performance Manager and Performance Director, this role will enable you to
build foundational knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of paid
media, in particular Search (SEM) and Performance. As a result, you’ll
get unparalleled exposure to advertising best practices across a variety
of verticals to learn on the job.
This includes

Work collaboratively with performance executive and manager to support
the delivery of search campaigns.

Support the team to execute search campaigns across Google ads &
Microsoft.

Assist the team in compiling reporting data for all internal &
external meetings.

- Contribute insights on emerging search trends and best practices.
A bit about you
-
An interest and eagerness to learn and understand the entire media and
advertising marketplace, particularly in digital and performance media.

A demonstrated business acumen teamed with a knack for data and an
ability to grasp numerical and mathematical concepts, as you will be
working with data and extracting insights for reporting and identifying
opportunities to optimise campaigns.
- A basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

You are tech savvy and a practical thinker, having a natural flair for
problem solving.

You are happy collaborating and working within a team environment with
strong communication skills.
