Join our AI & Service Cloud team as a Sales Specialist
where you will be responsible for leveraging the untapped opportunity
across Service Cloud including AI, Field Service and Home Health. If
you love helping businesses with teams out in the field reduce their
costs, serve customers better, work more efficiently and improve
employee or contractor happiness then this may be the Sales position for
you.
Sales Specialists are a unique type of sales person. If you
are a subject matter expert with a sales interest, you manage field
service teams and bring that industry knowledge or are a specialist
sales person who loves Field Service and AI then come have a chat.
You will work in partnership with the existing account
owners and will carry quota for the Service Cloud product sales. The
Sales Specialist will formulate and implement a Service Cloud sales
strategy within an assigned region, drive revenue growth by penetrating
the current customer base, and developing new customers in the commercial
business space. This role will work both with Commercial customer
existing accounts as well as prospect and seek to build new
relationships in a set of assigned territory.

field.

these businesses, meaningful change and create positive impact for their
customers.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with both internal and external
teams to position the power of Service Cloud solutions, including AI for
Field Service and Home Health. As a trusted advisor, you'll work
closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and help them
achieve their goals through innovative technology.
What You'll Do:

Develop and implement successful campaigns across key Service cloud
solutions - this includes Field Service, health and AI for Field
Service

Personally build new leads from prospecting efforts and assist others to
thoroughly qualify leads & sales opportunities
- Understand the commercial aspects of the Service Cloud solution

Exceed an annual sales quota by running a full sales cycle to address
client problems and transform their business as related to their
contact center needs

Enable and educate internal teams to ensure they can successfully seek
Service Cloud opportunities
- Be customer facing as required
