Partnering with Leadership – Work closely with senior stakeholders to align operational strategies with business priorities and long-term growth.

What you will bring:

5+ years of experience in operational delivery, project management, or business transformation.

Strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly wealth management.

Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, drive process improvements, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Expertise in go-to-market (GTM) execution, project management, and operational governance.
-
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to drive alignment across teams.
-
High analytical acumen with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
-
A leadership mindset focused on accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
