Working with our stakeholders in the IB&M Institutional Lending, Pricing
and ESG crew, you will implement applications, models and workflows for a
range of products to reduce risks and streamline processes, and ultimately
help scale the business.

Have solids hands on experience and expertise in numerical skills,
quantitative methods

Are knowledgeable of financial markets and/or corporate &
institutional lending products is advantageous

Proven hands-on experience with best-practice software engineering with
a high level of software engineering knowledge and ability

Are confident as a Quantitative Developer in delivering insights and
analysis to improve financial and operational risk posture

Pride themselves on their commercial focus to allow our business to
maximise profitable growth and customer satisfaction outcomes

An innate ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders from
sales to technical leadership groups

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We do not expect
you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these, or a
willing to learn these skillsets (or equivalents) will set you up for
success in this team!
