Partner Marketing Consultant APJC
The APJC Partner Marketing Consultant will inspire and empower our
channel partners to market and sell Dell products and solutions,
combining the strengths of Dell with those of our channel partners
to best serve our joint customers and win in the marketplace.
As a key player in Field Marketing at Dell Technologies, you will
lead Partner engagement across APJC (Asia Pacific, Japan and
Greater China), working closely with country Partner Marketing
Managers to optimize marketing and sales outcomes via innovative
marketing campaigns. You’ll leverage a multi-million Marketing
Development Funds budget to drive impactful strategies.
Responsible to shape the marketing strategy with Top Partners,
develop long-term engagement plans, and craft content themes for
effective campaigns across all lines of business. You’ll interact
with global, regional, and country marketing and sales teams, as
well as directly with select Partners, positioning you to drive
significant success and business impact.

What you’ll achieve
As a Regional Partner
Marketing Consultant, you will evaluate business opportunities for
ways to positively impact brand equity, partner business demand gen,
sales and profitability. You will also build strong team dynamics,
clear up ambiguity and influence the highest levels of the
organization.
You will:
•Drive awareness, new business and partner development
strategies across teams at Dell Technologies
•Partner with a
cross-functional team to create impactful, scalable, repeatable
marketing programs and improve efficiency and effectiveness in the
market
•Manage assigned brand budgets and evaluate ROIs for
all program spend
•Use data and industry best practices to
optimize marketing strategy
Essential Requirements
•10 to 12 years of experience in marketing, field marketing
or other relevant marketing roles
•Minimum of 5 years’
experience activating 360 marketing campaigns spanning digital,
radio, PR, in-partner, etc.
•Ability to work on own — a
self-starter with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial
spirit
•Strong management and relationship skills and high
ability to influence in a matrix environment
•Exceptional
project and time management skills, with a strong attention to
detail and capability to juggle multiple programs
Desirable Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
•Minimum of
5 years’ experience speaking/presenting to stakeholders
