About the role:
At AGL, we’re shaping a sustainable energy future, and we need passionate marketing professionals to help us connect with customers in meaningful ways. We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to lead high-impact marketing campaigns that drive customer growth, retention, and brand awareness.
As part of our Brand & Marketing team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative, data-driven campaigns. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, customer engagement, and delivering results, this is your chance to make an impact.
This role is a 12 month contract.
What you will be doing:
- Partner with business and product teams to craft compelling customer propositions that stand out in the market.
- Lead end-to-end campaign development, including scoping, budgeting, and multi-channel execution across digital, traditional, and social media. Work closely with creative and media agencies to develop engaging content, visuals, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop BTL marketing strategies that align to business OKR’s
- Manage relationships and negotiations with external partners to drive growth initiatives
- Use data-driven insights to measure campaign success, refine strategies, and enhance future performance.
- Ensure all campaign activities align with industry regulations and AGL’s brand guidelines.
- Guide and mentor campaign specialists, fostering a high-performing and engaged team while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in the energy, telco, or services sector.
- Ability to align campaigns with business goals and leverage insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong skills in leading campaigns from concept to execution while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to develop compelling marketing messages that drive engagement and conversion.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and mentoring junior team members.
