About the Role
The role of the Marketing Advisor/Manager is to provide high quality communications, event co-ordination and marketing strategies to promote the firms services enhancing its brand presence, and supporting business development initiatives.
This position offers plenty of variety. It requires an individual who is confident, self-motivated, has exceptional time management skills and attention to detail that ensures all events and projects run smoothly.
The role of the Marketing Advisor/Manager is to ensure all events are well organised, professional and proceed with a minimum of fuss. In addition, our brand awareness in the marketplace is critical to our success. The preparation and production of our marketing collateral is a large component of this role. This includes tender and proposal preparation, client and internal presentations, content development and thought leadership. Finally, you will work directly with the Partners to support them to achieve their individual marketing plans.
Responsibilities include but at not limited to:
- Organisation, implementation and management of events, seminars, lunches, sundowners etc.
- Assist national team with marketing campaigns
- Co-ordinate and prepare tenders and proposals
- Designing marketing and event collateral
- Content creation and thought leadership
- Manage subscriptions, sponsorships and partnerships to enhance brand presence.
Essential experience includes:
- Event management
- Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- Campaign/content management / EDM
- Photography / Video creation / editing
- Media communication expertise
Systems
- Adobe (full suite desirable)
- Excel/MS Word
- CRM experience
- CoPilot (ideal but not necessary!)
- GenAI
- Eventbrite/HumanTix (or similar event management software)
- Zoom
- Canva
