We are currently working on a major mixed-use residential and retail project in Newstead, including a high-rise residential tower set for construction. To bring this vision to life, we’re looking for an experienced In-House Graphic
Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our sales and marketing team.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Content Creator
- Strong portfolio showcasing design, branding, and content creation skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Excellent writing skills to support brand messaging, marketing, and sales campaigns
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing (a plus)
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple marketing and advertising tasks in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
As our In-House Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator, you will:

Design and create engaging visual content for various platforms (social media, website, print, email, newsletters, etc.).

Develop and implement visual content strategies to support marketing and sales campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality content.

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.

Edit and optimize photos and videos for multi-platform use.
