The Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Brand & Stakeholder Relationships, this hands-on role is responsible for executing Mosaic’s marketing and communications strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all touchpoints.
Supported by two Marketing & Communications Executives, you will lead the planning and direct implementation of marketing initiatives across our key divisions, including Sales, Construction, Property Management, Customer Experience, and Caretaking. Your expertise will be integral in shaping corporate and project campaigns, media relations, social media, content creation, and award submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications Execution
- Develop, implement, and execute marketing and communication strategies.
- Oversee brand consistency across all collateral.
- Manage and enhance Mosaic’s digital presence, including website updates and digital marketing.
- Identify opportunities to amplify Mosaic’s brand through PR and strategic partnerships.
Customer Communications
- Write and distribute engaging customer-facing communications.
- Manage digital content schedules and communication strategies.
- Provide timely customer updates.
Content & Media Management
- Craft corporate communications, media releases, blogs, and social content.
- Maintain and grow relationships with media contacts.
- Lead strategic storytelling efforts to strengthen brand positioning.
Branding & Collateral Management
- Oversee the production of high-quality corporate and project marketing materials.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure quality control.
- Coordinate showcase photography and videography for project milestones.
Awards & Industry Recognition
- Lead the preparation and submission of industry award applications.
- Manage event logistics for award judging presentations.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute social media strategies.
- Create and monitor engaging social content, responding to community interactions.
- Update website content and track performance analytics.
Project Management & Reporting
- Oversee marketing calendars, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Track and report marketing performance, implementing insights to improve outcomes.

What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in property development, construction, or a related industry.
- Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign) and CMS tools.
