Your Role:
In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of coordinating and actioning marketing tasks to ensure projects and campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail and ability to take direction will directly impact Gallery’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Incoming Requests: Oversee and action incoming job requests, delegating tasks as necessary to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
- Brand Management: Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring all marketing materials align with company branding and updating outdated collateral in collaboration with internal teams.|
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to prepare materials and manage tasks, including coordinating with the construction team for handover boxes and organising schedules for shoots.
- Social Media Coordination: Assist in scheduling social media content and tracking performance, working alongside the social media specialist.
- Travel & Accommodation: Arrange travel and accommodation for team members when needed.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential support, including coordinating subcontractors, tracking marketing spend, and managing team schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Merchandise Management: Maintain stock of branded merchandise and ensure marketing packs and supplies are ready for onboarding and events.
- Car Wraps Coordination: OrganiSe and schedule vehicle wraps with external contractors.
- PR & Communications: Support the creation of project media releases and ensure internal communications align with company branding.
- Listings Management: Oversee listings and ensure they are up to date across various platforms, maintaining good relationships with external listing representatives.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Be flexible and take on additional tasks as needed to support team objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a focus on problem-solving and supporting team goals.
- Experience in marketing, administration, or related roles is a plus.
