About the Role
As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our brand presence and engagement strategies. Working closely with the Commercial and Client Management teams, you’ll design and execute impactful marketing campaigns that increase awareness, drive utilization, and position Teladoc Health as a thought leader in digital health. This role will also support our Japanese business and work in collaboration with our commercial director in Japan. The support will mainly focus on engagement and website development. What You’ll Do:
- Develop High-Impact Campaigns – Design and implement targeted marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, webinars, and content creation tailored for insurance, superannuation, and employer markets.
- Boost Client Engagement – Work closely with the Client Management team to craft compelling communication strategies that foster strong relationships and service adoption.
- Strengthen Brand Presence – Manage our digital footprint, overseeing website updates, social media strategy, PR, and overall brand positioning in ANZ & Japan.
- Drive Thought Leadership – Develop insightful white papers, case studies, and market analyses to reinforce Teladoc Health as a leader in virtual healthcare.
- Lead Product Launches – Execute go-to-market strategies for new services, ensuring successful positioning and adoption.
- Deliver Engaging Events – Organize health promotion events to deepen engagement with clients and their members.
- Maximize Budget Impact – Oversee and optimize the ANZ commercial marketing budget to drive maximum ROI.
What You Bring:
- Proven Expertise – Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, ideally in insurance, superannuation, or healthcare.
- Strategic Thinking – A structured, scalable approach to messaging, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Digital Savvy – Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, and a solid grasp of marketing technologies.
- Creative Problem-Solving – A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and delivers results.
- Strong Collaboration Skills – Ability to manage stakeholder expectations while fostering impactful partnerships.
Bonus Points For:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in the NZ market or digital health/MedTech industry.
- Graphic design and video editing skills (a plus!).
