As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning the annual marketing plan and overseeing the execution of impactful campaigns across digital and traditional media. You’ll play a key role in shaping the strategy, driving customer/member engagement, and managing all facets of the marketing function, from campaign development to reporting. This is a leadership role where your vision, creativity, and team management skills will be vital in taking the St Lukes brand to the next level.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, aligned with St Lukes’ strategic objectives
- Drive customer and member campaigns, ensuring high engagement and retention rates
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including media strategy, creative execution, and post-campaign reporting
- Mentor and manage a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and tracking of spend
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, to elevate brand presence
- Collaborate on sponsorships and community initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand values
- Track and measure the success of marketing efforts and adjust strategies based on insights and analytics
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience in marketing leadership, with a proven track record in leading and executing large-scale campaigns
- Strong experience managing and mentoring teams, driving both professional development and team culture
- Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, TV, radio, print, SEO, SEM, and more
- A strategic mindset with the ability to oversee high-level planning while managing day-to-day execution
- Strong budget management skills and experience ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within budget
- A creative, results-driven leader who thrives on innovation and bringing new ideas to life
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
