The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and a fast learner, with at least 2 years Account Coordination or Account Management experience. Training will be provided!
As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
– Nurturing and growing a number of key client accounts
– Maintain average 8.5 client satisfaction score across all clients
– Client communication management across all clients
– Critically assess digital marketing strategies every 3 months for each account and pivot where necessary
– Work closely with Director of Digital to ensure all digital campaigns are performing at optimum performance at all times
– Leading the strategy for client content plans (collaboratively)
– Setting monthly KPIs across clients with Director of Digital
– Monthly reporting on client performance and strategising opportunity maximisation and improvement
– End-to-end campaign management, including developing strategy, presenting the agency’s recommendations to clients and producing clear briefs on time and on budget
– Successful delivery of campaigns across all channels, within contracted time frames and within budget
– Work closely with Director of Digital on new client onboarding, growth and management
– Monthly management of project profitability, managing client budgets of hours worked and spend across all platforms
– Working closely with Director of Digital to manage potential upsells or new opportunities across all accounts
Desired Skills and Experience:
– Minimum 2 years agency experience required
– Experience across paid strategies and direction (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads & LinkedIn Ads)
– Excellent strategic and time management skills
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Understanding of all social media platforms
– Basic knowledge in Meta, Google, TikTok advertising
– Background in marketing and/or business essential
– Passion for growth and development not only within your role but also with clients
– Confidence presenting to both team members and clients when it comes to your ideas and strategic decisions
– Software such as Monday.com, Sked and others is ideal but not essential
