My Occ Health Record (MOHR) is a B2B healthtech startup, taking on the big issues of digitally capturing, managing, and securely storing employee health data, and how to use that data for good. They have spun out of an occupational health services business (Bodycare Workplace Solutions) that has been around for 20 years. Since launching MOHR in 2019, the team have built a platform that has had a profound impact on the occupational health of employees across the country, leading to better health outcomes for employees, as well as better business outcomes for Australian and New Zealand companies. They’re a curious bunch, made up of some of the smartest minds in the industry who have bold ambitions for positive change.
The Role
We are seeking a creative and versatile Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will design marketing collateral, support proposal development, create website content, and ensure brand consistency across all external documentation. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the team to develop promotional materials and presentations including assisting with proposal development and tender support documentation
- Creating and managing content for our websites.
- Supporting Customer Success and Product teams with branding and design needs.
- Developing and managing targeted email campaigns, including design and database management.
- Demonstrating our software to internal and external clients.
- Designing marketing and sales materials.
- Managing social media accounts, including content creation and analytics.
- Overseeing website updates and reporting.
- Assisting with planning and coordinating internal and external events.

About You
You will have experience or qualifications in Marketing and/or Communication, preferably with a design background and also experience managing websites, excellent copywriting and presentation skills, and strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, Microsoft Suite, and marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, MailChimp) is required. Additionally, exceptional attention to detail and confident decision-making skills are essential.
