All about the role:
As an IT Finance Business Analyst - Consumer Service solutions, you will be part of the Electrolux IT Solutions Team and report to the IT Finance Solutions Manager BA Europe. This role will be one of the key IT contact points for the Finance Business organization in Europe, working closely with various stakeholders to help maintain, improve and innovate the IT application landscape in BA Europe (SAP focused landscape). This entails both rolling out new solutions as well as helping the business organization understand how to leverage the existing technology. You will engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ascertain a clear understanding of business requirements that you will translate into solutions where problems or opportunities are identified.
To succeed in this role, you need a strong understanding of Finance processes and good overall knowledge of SAP Finance as well as an innovative & collaborative mind-set.
Good knowledge of SAP CO is a strong asset. It is expected that the person in this role can drive and organize activities required to execute the agreed plan from IT point of view. A successful candidate should be able to mix both strategic understanding of long-term vision with hands on operational implementation tasks.
What you'll do:

Maintain and continuously optimize existing and new features of the Finance Consumer Service process.

Work with the business stakeholders, IT SMEs and the Product Owner to gather business requirements

Design new solutions (define to-be processes, write functional specification, present demos, obtain business sign off),

Work with developers to deliver high-quality developments, test activities and deploy new solutions
-
Actively support Finance User Group initiatives and collaboration by proposing and analysing the requirements for business and IT process improvements

Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of Finance Consumer service solution

Act as a point of contact to help resolve or address to the relevant team issues faced by the business community

Maintain documentation for Finance Consumer Service process
Who you are:

2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or working together with IT projects would be an advantage

Fluency in English.

Strong analytical skills

You have good technical understanding of SAP Finance Module (SAP CO is a strong asset)

You’re an agile team-player open to new opportunities, evolving priorities and flexible in the way you deliver against deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. You are keen to learn Finance solutions.
