Do you have the creativity, confidence, and passion to represent one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most luxurious retail destinations? Amelie & Frank’s is looking for an exceptional Retail & Social Media Assistant to help shape the next chapter of our brand.
This isn’t your average role. It’s a unique blend of luxury retail and content creation, where you’ll not only help customers discover timeless pieces in-store but also our brand’s online voice and presence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- In-store styling and connection – Help clients uncover pieces that elevate their wardrobes while delivering a personalised, high-end shopping experience. ( 1 – 2 days a week retail assistant)
- Creating magic on socials – Craft on-brand content that’s stylish, engaging, and full of personality. From showcasing new collections to telling the story behind our iconic brands, you’ll set the tone for how Amelie & Frank’s engages with its audience.
- Owning our social media presence – Plan, schedule, and execute creative campaigns that capture our luxury aesthetic while staying ahead of trends.
- Front and centre – Step in front of the camera with confidence to share styling tips, promote new arrivals, and connect authentically with our audience.
What We’re Looking For:
- A vibrant, creative individual with a passion for luxury retail and content creation.
- Someone confident on camera who can bring styling advice, collections, and brand stories to life.
- Proficiency with social media tools and platforms (experience with scheduling tools and Shopify is highly regarded).
- A natural ability to connect with people and a keen eye for timeless style.
- Relevant Retail and Social media content management experience essential.
The Details:
Location: Amelie & Frank’s, Red Hill – part of the renowned Polperro Winery Group.
Hours: Tuesdays and some weekends (flexibility is key).
Start Date: Immediate, with the opportunity to grow alongside our brand.
