Role Overview:
We need a Marketing Coordinator to own and execute marketing strategies across multiple brands under our growing umbrella. You’ll bring digital expertise, strategic thinking, event/project management, and social media skills to ensure that our message reaches the households who need us most—especially following storms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be hands-on in launching new brands and scaling existing ones through data-driven decisions and creative execution.
- Drive multi-brand marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand presence across digital, traditional, and grassroots channels, including initiatives for emerging brands.
- Execute advertising campaigns across platforms, including billboards, radio, and digital media.
- Understand objections to our services and develop strategic solutions to educate and convert our audience.
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging platforms to refine strategies.
- Develop compelling, high-impact content (written, visual, and multimedia) across new and existing brands.
- Execute and manage content calendars, ensuring brand consistency and engagement in key markets.
- Work with internal and external partners on campaign messaging, visuals, and storytelling.
- Manage organic social media across new and existing brands, ensuring strong community engagement.
- Work with digital teams to support paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Implement SEO best practices and optimize website content for improved visibility.
- Collaborate with the CMO and cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Present campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations to company leadership.
- Build brand awareness for new and existing brands by working closely with community teams to engage, educate, and support homeowners impacted by insurance claims.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven digital marketing expertise (Google Ads, Facebook Groups, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Ability to develop and execute high-impact organic marketing strategies.
- Strong relationship-building skills to work with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- A creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
