Job Summary
This is a busy role suited to someone who has strong technical skills and is looking for somewhere to apply them. Support the Digital Manager in executing and optimising Cygnett’s digital growth strategy.
Acting as the operational backbone for all digital initiatives, you will ensure the seamless collaboration between internal and external stakeholders while driving key deliverables across the following focus areas:
- Website management
- Consumer loyalty
- SEO
- Paid digital advertising and
- Product reviews.
Responsibilities
This is a wonderfully interesting and varied role where you will be empowered to deliver across multiple areas of digital:
Website
Coordinate the backend of the website, ensuring seamless functionality, and maintaining the accuracy and consistency of all copy and assets displayed. Includes upload of product, brand assets, product reviews, pricing and eCommerce functionality:
- Working closely with the Digital Manager, coordinate the GTM website calendar to ensure all website content is created and goes live, according to GTM schedule.
- Undertake weekly Cygnett website audits and report on accuracy and consistency, as well as identify opportunities to improve UX.
- Audit key retailer websites for key launches and work closely with sales team to deliver best product and brand experience on retail websites.
- Management and upload of all Marketing digital assets on Sharepoint (Marketing Toolkit).
- Attend all WIPs with our digital agencies and capturing actions
- Coordinate the backend of the marketplaces, including the accuracy and consistency of all copy and assets displayed.
- Support order fulfillment on the AU website, working closely with eComm KAM.
- Coordinate all discount offers for brand partners.
- Continually upskill yourself in any advancements to key platform and software partners, including Shopify, Klaviyo, and Marketplaces.
Consumer Loyalty
Working closely with the Digital Manager, Marketing Comms and Design teams to coordinate the eDM calendar ensuring all eDM content is created and goes live, according to GTM schedule
Execute the eDM content calendar for brand and eComm, across each key region, including
- upload onto Klaviyo
- audience selection with A/B testing and tiered loyalty eDM campaigns
- sending out eDMs
- weekly reporting and insights into performance.
Support the Digital Manager with execution of loyalty strategy, including technical implementation of
- list segmentation
- email automation/flows
- rewards program
- reviews & research
- loyalty eDM program.
Manage & execute all eDM campaigns relating to both brand and sales, including the uploading, sending and reporting for each campaign. Working closely with multiple teams, including Design
Paid META & Google
Support Digital Manager across all work with agencies for all paid META and Google campaigns, including leading all discussions on the creation and implementation paid digital campaigns.
Product Reviews
Coordinate product reviews, including
- sending out product samples for review
- ensuring reviews are completed on time
- publishing reviews on Cygnett websites.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing
- 1-3 years experience in digital marketing
- Strong copywriting skillset
- Experience with digital platforms, including Shopify Premium, Klaviyo, Okendo and Yotpo.
- Deep curiosity around the customer with proven experience in leveraging research, data and insights to develop strategies to meet customer needs and change behaviours.
- Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.) and ability to analyse data to optimise campaigns. Excellent communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise responsibilities and work well under pressure
- A strong attention to detail cannot be overstated
