The Head of Marketing is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of the marketing strategy across email & social and execution for the Aaron Sansoni Group. The role’s purpose is to support our brand and build out and manage the internal and external resource, marketing, and implementation plan. You will build and lead a team focused on marketing strategy and management, brand health, partnerships, and content and campaigns creation and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Leadership:
- Develop and drive the company-level positioning, purpose, promise, and messaging.
- Serve as the lead brand evangelist, ensuring all touchpoints align with and represent the brand effectively.
- Provide strategic brand direction across all facets of the business.
Collaborative Team Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with a dynamic team of marketers, in-house and agency creatives, product experts, external marketing partners and other leaders to bring the brand to life.
- Lead a team focused on marketing strategy and management, brand health, influencer marketing, partnerships, and content and campaign creation and execution.
Marketing Campaigns and Launches:
- Direct ideation, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Oversee product positioning, value proposition creation, “go-to-market” planning, and tactical execution.
- Assume responsibility for marketing campaigns and promotions with the goal of enhancing client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Cross-Disciplinary Influence:
- Influence and contribute to CRM, Social, PR, and client acquisition marketing.
- Provide high-level direction to these disciplines and contribute feedback to optimise plans in alignment with brand goals.
Optimisation and Client Engagement:
- Drive relentless optimisation of client conversion and engagement.
- Ensure activities are consistent with a customer-centric approach authentic to the brand and community values.
Collaboration with Client Success and Sales:
- Collaborate regularly with Client Success, Experience, and Sales teams to incorporate client feedback and business needs into the development roadmap.
- Act as the main point of contact and liaison to development for all marketing activities.
Organisational Leadership:
- Be a leader within the organisation, driving best practices for acquiring, engaging, and retaining clients.
- Serve as a change agent, contributing to the elevation of brand awareness and loyalty.
Experience & Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management, go-to-market campaign building, launching new IP, and working within a consumer brand marketing function.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing a multi-discipline team.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written; must be an excellent storyteller.
- Experience leading or influencing all aspects of omnichannel, global, high-scale marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations, justifying them with well-reasoned, customer-centric strategy.
- Analytical mindset with a keen understanding of data-driven decision-making.
- Energetic and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen with solid exposure to managing budgets and P&Ls.
- Work with urgency in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
