Flight Centre Travel Group's Corporate marketing team is looking to hire a Head of Lifecycle Marketing to be responsible for providing strategic leadership, demonstrating deep technical expertise in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, and CRM platforms. In this position you will drive customer engagement, retention, and overall growth initiatives by implementing advanced lifecycle marketing strategies and utilising sophisticated automation and CRM tools to their fullest potential.

Who you are:

10+ years in Digital Marketing or similar role
Bachelor’s Degree
Platform Certifications
Salesforce Administrator
Consultant certification
Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist
Oracle Eloqua CX Certified Implementation Professional

What you'll be doing:

Strategy Development & Execution

Create and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth, aligning with broader corporate objectives

Identify key customer touchpoints to deliver personalised journeys

Marketing Automation & CRM

Oversee the implementation and optimisation of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) and CRM systems for data-driven, personalised campaigns

Ensure effective use of these systems for managing customer data and tracking behavior

Campaign Management & Optimization

Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, app, SMS, social media)

Monitor performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimise results, ensuring consistent messaging across channels and high deliverability rates

Data Privacy & Compliance

Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in all marketing activities

Implement best practices for data privacy and stay updated on evolving laws, training the team on compliance

Integration & Lead Flow Management

Oversee seamless integration of marketing automation and CRM systems, ensuring data consistency

Optimise lead flow management, including scoring, nurturing, and routing to sales teams for improved conversion rates

Data Analysis & Reporting

Ensure effective integration of marketing automation and CRM for data synchronisation, and continuously optimise lead management to improve conversion and alignment with sales

Team Leadership & Development

Lead and mentor a team of lifecycle marketing professionals, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning, and keeping the team informed on industry trends and best practices
