We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator with 5+ years of experience who’s organised, tech-savvy, and excited to work across brands that make a difference. You’ll be a key player in executing marketing plans for Allara Support Services (our main brand), along with Provider Business School (PBS), Zoomly, and Rachel Carey’s Personal Brand.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing campaigns across multiple brands, with a primary focus on Allara Support Services.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and help manage online communities to elevate brand presence.
- Utilise digital tools like WordPress and Mailchimp to execute and monitor marketing strategies effectively.
- Analyse data and performance metrics to refine campaigns and deliver measurable results.
- Design marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for digital and print use.
- Assist in organising events, from logistics to promotion, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication and meet project goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with expertise in brand management and digital tools.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with teams, stakeholders, and audiences.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in platforms like WordPress, Mailchimp, and Canva.
- Data literate, capable of interpreting metrics and using insights for decision-making.
