About the Opportunity
We currently have a full-time (38 hours per week) position available based at our Corporate Office in Bella Vista.
Reporting to the Executive Officer, the Marketing Manager will take ownership of all aspects of Interaction’s marketing strategy and branding. Alongside the Marketing Assistant you will drive Interaction’s marketing strategy; oversee reporting on campaigns; build upon internal and external relationships; support teams with business growth; develop and implement social media and web content; and more.
We are looking for an individual with a strong values-base and proven marketing experience that will ensure people with disability are represented in all aspects of marketing positively and respectfully.
Experience in the disability sector is preferred but not essential, you will however need to display a commitment to the rights of people with disability and promoting the positive contribution people with disability make to the community.

Candidate Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in developing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with NFP values and business goals
- Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
- Exceptional grammar, spelling and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team as well as autonomously.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta and understanding of Google AdWords and SEO.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Suite, Adobe InDesign and WordPress.
- Current Driver’s Licence and comprehensively owned and insured vehicle.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain prior to commencement of employment.
