As the CRM Officer, you will work closely with the Corporate CRM and Digital Manager and Group Marketing team to deliver solutions that enhance customer relationships. Supporting key business divisions, you will:
- Support the CRM team to scope business requirements and campaign needs
- Assist in developing a greater understanding of the user journey
- Work with digital marketing and IT team to create campaigns that grow database leads and customer engagement
- Analyse customer data to identify trends
- Support continuous improvement activities and manage communication across multiple business units
- Compile and distribute Power BI reports across business divisions
- Review and resolve systems issues and change requests
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you must have:
- Proven CRM, E-Commerce, or digital marketing experience (Experience enhancing E-Commerce channel and mapping customer journey will be highly regarded)
- Ability to communicate with senior managers and IT specialist
- Familiar with digital reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to identify customer insights through the collection of business data
