What will you do?
As a Digital Strategist, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the success of our ongoing projects and improving client performance, making a real impact on the overall effectiveness of our digital department. This position focuses on providing SEO support to various teams within the business, while also expanding into Google & Meta Ads. You’ll be involved in product development through process improvements, creating documentation, running training sessions, and driving innovation.
With your ability to be agile and seamlessly transition between various projects as needed, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our team is always moving forward together, delivering exceptional client results. As a member of our team, you will share our common goal of driving success, bringing your expertise in digital strategy and your passion for innovation to every project you work on.
- Working across and contributing to the fulfillment of our digital solutions, with a focus on SEO with potential to grow into Google & Meta Ads.
- Be involved in new and ongoing projects within the digital space.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to continuously improve campaign performance and drive innovation.
- Supporting the wider team by contributing new ideas to improve campaigns, processes, and overall fulfillment strategy.
- Offering guidance to our fulfillment teams by providing training sessions, documentation, and advice on all things SEO.
- Leveraging your expertise in the field, and taking a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Maintaining a strong sense of accountability and ownership, with a focus on prioritizing client performance.
- Looking at campaigns for improvements and potential, providing insights into areas of improvement
- Actively engaging in different tasks and projects across the team.
Who are you & what will you bring?
- 2+ years of SEO experience, preferably agency-side
- Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, and CSS, and experience working with Screaming Frog and other SEO tools is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, specifically SEO experience
- Demonstrated experience working hands-on with clients' strategy
- A "can-do" attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and be agile in their day-to-day work
- Analytical, strategic, process-driven, and detail-oriented
- Adaptable and open to change, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated project management and time management skills.
- You have a strong drive to deliver exceptional digital services and performance
