About the Role
This Assistant Brand Manager will be based in our Head Office at 345 George St, Sydney.
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you would be part of our dynamic and fast paced Marketing Team. Key responsibilities include: developing and implementing the marketing plans that will establish and maintain current and long-range vision for the brand(s) to increase sales, margin and profitability for the brand(s).
Core responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement brand strategies
- Lead new product development and budgeting
- Manage business decisions relative to the brand(s)
- Present brand strategies and activities to Senior Management for review and direction setting.
- Coordinate advertising and promotional activities
- Manage digital marketing content and strategy
- Liaise with key stakeholders including other subsidiaries, Global Business, Consumer Innovation Centres (New Product Teams) and Senior Management
- Investigate new product opportunities by collecting, analysing and evaluating data from various sources and recommending appropriate solutions
The Ideal Candidate
A University Degree qualified (marketing preferred) graduate who is keen to learn and develop into a corporate leader of tomorrow.
Experience Required:
Previous experience in Marketing preferred
• Brand management and digital marketing
We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passionate and innovative approach to brand marketing.
Ideally you have experience with business and financial analysis, people insights and advertising development. Most importantly, you are self-motivated, resilient and determined to succeed.
You must have Australian work rights to be considered for this opportunity.

This role provides a great opportunity for promotion with proven performance within the Marketing function in Australia across multiple categories, as well as cross functional moves into sales / supply chain.
