Role Overview:
As the E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving their online sales and digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer experience.
Collaborate with the digital marketing agency to create and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Analyse and report on e-commerce performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Manage the online product catalogue, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Oversee the implementation of SEO, SEM, and other online marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce operations with overall business goals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Proven track record of successfully managing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
