The Role
As our Account Executive, you’ll dive into the heart of social media management, overseeing content
calendars and community engagement. This role offers tremendous room for growth and upskilling in a

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Service & Project Management: Support daily project coordination and administrative
tasks, ensuring our campaigns run smoothly.
• Content & Community Management: Take charge of community management across all social
platforms, actively monitoring conversations and engaging with audiences to foster brand
loyalty.
• Creative Content Development: Collaborate on crafting compelling content calendars, including
copywriting that captures attention and resonates with target audiences.
• Campaign Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, generating innovative ideas that
elevate our clients’ campaigns and drive engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Assist in developing performance and listening reports to measure the
impact of our social strategies.
• Trendspotting & Influencer Engagement: Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends
and connecting with key influencers to amplify our clients’ messages.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a passionate individual who loves social media. If you thrive in a creative, collaborative
environment and are eager to learn, you could be the perfect fit!
Qualifications:
• Experience: At least 1 year in social media management, with a focus on community
management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills:
o Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok,
etc.).
o Familiarity with analytics and management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Strong ability to juggle multiple projects while delivering results.
o Creative mindset, eager to generate innovative ideas.
Bonus: Relevant certifications in social media management or digital marketing.
