MedicAlert is growing! With the launch of our QR enabled MedicAlert service in 2023, we are now looking for a fantastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our amazing team.
Australia MedicAlert® Foundation is a national charity that has been operating in Australia for over 50 years. At MedicAlert, we are passionate about making a difference for people with chronic or complex health conditions, supporting our members and their loved ones to feel safe, confident in the knowledge that they are protected 24/7. MedicAlert supports people in the event of a medical or other emergency by providing comprehensive, lifesaving health information to paramedics and health professionals instantly, via the QR enabled MedicAlert service.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, our Digital Marketing Specialist will be kept entertained with a wide range of responsibilities including:
• Managing the content and growth of MedicAlert’s social media presence
• Using Google Ads and Analytics to support member acquisition
• Supporting the creation and implementation of a strategically aligned Marketing Calendar
• Planning and creating high quality engaging content across a range of channels
• Working closely with the leadership team daily to ensure shared goals are achieved
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely execution and quality control of marketing materials
• Updating the MedicAlert website as required with products, promotions and content, ensuring strategic SEO optimisation
• Developing, interpreting, and summarising quarterly and campaign-based reports
• Following and reporting the emerging trends within digital, print and social media marketing

Previous experience within the healthcare industry will be highly regarded. Prior to commencement, successful candidates must provide a recent National Police Record Check and undergo an NDIS worker screening check.
