Role Purpose:
Content is a vital part of our marketing strategy at 12d Synergy. This role helps create the fuel that takes 12d Synergy’s growth to the next level as we expand globally.
To create relevant content and stories that align with our marketing and content strategy, helping to create brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance the customer journey. Tailoring content for personas and using data to help optimise performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Create compelling and purpose-driven content for blogs, eBooks, infographics, emails, and other formats to enhance brand, support marketing campaigns, and nurture programs.
- Produce engaging short- and long-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
- Demonstrate strong storytelling, writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Analyse content performance and optimise for better engagement.
SEO and Analytics
- Proficient in SEO and PPC principles and best practices.
- Conducts keyword research and uses SEO tools for content visibility.
- Develop and refine SEO-friendly website content, including blogs and related materials, consistent with brand messaging
- Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Prepare regular reports on content performance and present findings to the manager and team\
Email Nurtures
· Collaborate with marketing team to create personalised workflows to create content for email nurtures that will increase engagement and boost conversion
Public Relations
· Manage executive leaders’ social profiles and align communications with marketing and brand strategies.
· Present our leaders as knowledgeable and go-to for information management for the engineering and construction industry
Collaboration
· Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align content efforts with overall marketing and business strategies.
Other:
· Drive your career development and participate in relevant and ongoing training.
· Other ad hoc duties as reasonably required to perform the role.

Experience:
- 2+ years' experience working in SEO and content production, preferably within a digital marketing or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and best practices.
- Strong copywriting experience is essential.
· Proficiency with fundamental office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and HubSpot is highly desired
· Content creation and execution, development of quality and targeting marketing assets.
· Any experience or interest in the construction/ engineering industry, Technology or B2B Marketing is a bonus.
· WordPress experience is highly desired but not essential.
Knowledge/Qualifications:
· Marketing and/or Business Tertiary Qualification (minimum Credit average) or relevant work experience.
Skills:
· Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with stakeholders, and internal teams.
· Segmentation: Solid understanding and skills with marketing segmentation according to personas and marketing funnel stages (i.e., the customer journey). Being able to match and create the perfect content for the perfect person is critical to generating high-quality inbound leads and moving those leads down the marketing funnel to the sales team.
· Creative Thinking: A strong ability to come up with creative and original ideas for content creation and messaging.
· Communication: The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience. Both written and verbal skills are essential.
· Analytical: Highly analytical, able to understand key metrics to implement strategies to increase results.
- Drive: Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable with a excellent attention to detail.
· Teamwork & collaboration: The marketing team is highly collaborative and requires team players who are willing to work with others in a positive and solution focussed style.
· Time management/organisation: Accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
