What you’ll do
The Head of Sales will report directly to the General Manager of i-Motor and will be primarily responsible for managing the National sales team for Websites, Digital Marketing and Test Drive - Loan - Valuation software.
- Develop and support solutions that deliver the further enhancement of the i-Motor brand presence in Australia, which will be achieved by developing, building and strengthening key Dealer & Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) relationships
- Share expertise in competitive and consumer market trends, ensuring i-Motor remains ahead as the frontrunner in innovation and technology
- Drive growth by enhancing market share for the overall business by leveraging industry knowledge to be a trusted advisor and partner to customers.
- Collaborate and connect with cross functional teams internally including other Heads of department across global markets and members of the senior leadership team, ensuring the overall departments alignment with company strategy and market trends
- Lead the development and submission of comprehensive responses to RFPs and RFQs, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, gathering necessary information, and ensuring all client requirements are met while adhering to tight deadlines
- Critical to success will be strong strategic capabilities coupled with superior business acumen and a customer focused approach to understand the market and anticipate future needs
