Your New Role Looks Like This:
A critical role in the Retirement Communities sales and marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute the strategic digital marketing plan inclusive of website, CRO, automation, lead capture, email, SEM and SEO. To achieve this, strategies and programs of work will be developed, leveraging digital media, technology, and other innovative solutions to meet and exceed targets and deliver on key business objectives.
The role will work closely partner with the wider marketing and digital channels team to build sustainable lead pipelines for the business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Define and implement the digital channel marketing strategy across markets and products with the primary goal to grow market share. Build activation calendar in line with budget and targets.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop innovative plans that bridge web, mobile, CRM, social, SEM/SEO to achieve lead gen and acquisition marketing objectives for each platform.
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests to improve performance across campaigns, website, and email
- Devise strategies to improve the website user experience and engage customers to increase reach, conversion, and lifetime value. Lead the website transformation project to articulate new value propositions for each platform.
- Map, create and monitor journey automations to identify optimisation and current pain points to maximise engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Develop knowledge and skills across emerging trends in the digital space
- Contribute best practice knowledge and support end to end implementation and management of paid digital campaigns in conjunction with the wider marketing team and agency partners
- Develop meaningful sales and marketing reports and dashboards including data analysis to inform recommendations on strategy effectiveness.
- Analyse all aspects of the conversion funnel and web traffic, campaigns, and Google to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximise these opportunities.
- Optimisation and continuous improvement of customer journey utilising CRM and automation
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in digital marketing
- In-depth knowledge of and application of best practices across social platforms, martech stacks and website analytics
- Must have a high level of competency in Salesforce as well as Sitecore, Google and Analytics experience
- Proven ability to analyse, interpret and/or compare campaign or activity results to identify key learnings. From these key learnings, ability to make solid strategic recommendations.
- Effective relationship building, influencing and communication skills
- High attention to detail and able to execute tasks with a sense of urgency
- Experience working with enterprise level web platforms
- Firsthand experience in implementing and execution organic and paid campaigns across multiple channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok and SEO)
- Strong experience in working with large customer data sets across various data sources.
