About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Operation Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various business projects and initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation and execution of key deliverables. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, IT, and marketing, to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring project objectives are met within defined timelines, scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Coordinate and communicate project activities, progress, and risks to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
- Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and escalate any issues or concerns as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Mandarin speaking is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is a plus.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
