We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and marketing of our Energy Management & Control product portfolio.
In this role, you will drive product marketing strategies, support sales enablement, ensure our offerings are competitively positioned in the market, and assist the General Manager in developing product business plans while managing inventory effectively.

The role will be reporting to General Manager for Products & Innovative Technologies and based at our office at Wetherill Park.
About the role:
- Familiarizing with national market for the designated product range, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Providing the sales team with essential knowledge, technical expertise, resources, and training materials to enhance their effectiveness in securing new business.
- Maintaining a high level of understanding of both nominated products and competitor offerings to offer informed support and guidance.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans while supporting State and Marketing Managers in promoting the product range.
- Collaborating on product development activities and actively discovering new product opportunities to meet market demands.
- Managing inventory for the nominated products and ensure that offers remain competitively positioned within the market.
About you
- Qualifications in Electrical Engineering and / or trade qualifications
- Previous experience in product management, technical sales, or marketing, ideally within Energy Management & Control product category.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans and product promotion strategies, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of product service and customer satisfaction
- Strong experience in product lifecycle management—from product launch to end-of-life decisions.
- Ability to deliver product training to both internal teams and external clients, including hands-on demonstrations, webinars, and product documentation.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry-specific compliance, including health and safety requirements, depending on the product category.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and planning skills
