About the role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator role at Harcourts works with our Digital Marketing Manager to position Harcourts as the brand of choice across all our digital platforms. They are involved in executing digital marketing strategies across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator at Harcourts, you will:
- Lead the execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Oversee both organic and paid digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive conversion
- Manage content strategies, including content creation and distribution across web, social, and other digital platforms
- Manage website content, including updates, page creation, and UX/UI improvements to enhance user experience
- Optimise SEO and collaborate with our Technology team to ensure top-tier digital performance
- Train and support the network to drive digital literacy, empowering teams to effectively utilise digital platforms
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders and agencies to manage digital campaigns and projects efficiently
- Ensure our digital presence remains aligned with evolving best practices
- Provide administrative support, including campaign asset distribution and budget tracking
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, bringing creativity and a passion for digital marketing to the team.
Skills And Experiences
About you
You are a digital marketing expert who is excited by the challenge of staying ahead in a constantly evolving digital landscape. You have experience working in social media platforms, Google Ads, and creating digital campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’re a proactive problem-solver, able to work both autonomously and collaboratively, and you thrive under pressure. You are skilled in advertising management, community engagement, website management, and have a sound understanding of SEO and analytics.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in digital marketing, including managing social media and digital campaigns
- A sound and current understanding of the media and marketing landscape
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive approach, always taking initiative to improve processes and outcomes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A creative mindset to generate fresh ideas that drive engagement.
