We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Digital Marketing Team to develop and lead our digital campaigns.
About the Role
We’re looking for a digital all-rounder to manage the full suite of digital platforms and campaigns. Some of the nuts and bolts of your role will include:
- Developing a digital strategy and executing campaigns across paid and organic digital channels.
- Setting up, managing and optimising campaigns within AdWords Editor and Bing Ads Editor
- Managing retargeting goals.
- Manage and optimise the website for organic traffic optimisation.
- Managing and growing social media presence.
- Proactively developing and evolving our digital efforts and looking for new opportunities in the digital space.
About You
This role requires someone who loves what they do and someone who is passionate about marketing, digital technology and Innovation. This role will offer the successful candidate a unique perspective on how to grow a successful services business. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Essential
- 3+ years experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience designing the strategy and rollout of successful digital campaigns.
- Proven technical experience in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO Optimisation, Social Media, and Retargeting.
- Experience with the Google product suite (AdWords, Analytics, YouTube, Google Display Network). Google or Bing-certified candidates would be highly regarded.
- Experience in managing social media accounts, including through Facebook Business Manager.
- Experience in Google Analytics and data analysis.
- A positive and motivated self-starter with confidence in your ability to problem solve.
- Flexible mindset; able to adapt to constant changes in the process.
Desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a similar field
- Experience managing internal and external resources and suppliers
- Experience working across the entire Marketing mix combined with strong campaign execution and reporting
- Experience in the Computer support/services industry
