Our Digital Marketing team is growing! We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive - Loyalty to work with an array of internal teams across marketing, eCommerce, and retail teams to ensure successful end-to-end loyalty program strategy execution.
So, what goes in to making that happen?
- Supporting strategy implementation through assist in executing the digital marketing strategies for the loyalty program as developed by the Loyalty Specialist, ensuring they align with the overall business objectives
- Campaign management, working with the Loyalty Specialist to develop and execute loyalty program campaigns across all digital marketing channels
- Cross-functional collaboration with the wider marketing, eCommerce and retail teams to ensure integrated and consistent messaging across all channels
- Content creation and execution, developing engaging content for digital channels including email, social media, and the web, tailored to promote the loyalty program effectively
- Paid media coordination with the media agency to provide detailed briefs for paid media campaigns related to the loyalty program
- Member engagement through collaborating with the global digital team to create compelling member engagement initiatives to be implemented across ASICS apps
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors as required for various loyalty marketing activities and campaigns
- Working with the Social Media Specialist to grow the loyalty program's presence on social media platforms, engaging with members and creating relevant content
- Regularly monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing activities using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations
- Conducting research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for loyalty program growth
- Gathering and analysis of member feedback, working towards continuous improvement of the loyalty program offerings
- Ensuring all marketing activities are in line with brand guidelines and comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards

That’s enough about us! Here’s what we hope to see from you:
- 3+ years' experience in digital marketing and loyalty for B2C, ideally in the retail space
- Experience in briefing and managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid media channels
- Intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint skillset
- Sound knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital reporting dashboards
- Ability to develop strong mutually trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Energetic and flexible individual who is accustomed to working in a fun, fast paced environment and has proven capacity to work well under pressure
