What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to become part of a passionate and engaged team.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Develop, execute and manage cross-channel digital marketing campaigns across key digital platforms (paid and owned) ensuring outcomes are aligned to business, revenue and campaign objectives.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure online information of our business is accurate (including but not limited to company website, google search etc)
- Support with website CRO through creating engaging, customer-centric content and ensuring website design and useability is market leading
- Partner with external agencies and develop briefs on creative / innovative campaign, content development in various media forms (such as videos, social campaigns etc)
- Regularly review and test optimisations for our campaigns e.g. creative, messaging and timing
- Conduct regular research to stay abreast of industry trends, emerging digital marketing channels and competitor movements to ensure the campaigns are industry leading standards and we are always ahead of the market.
- Ensure consistency and brand standards are met across all digital platforms and activities
- Maintain and display Healius culture and values and consistently lead by example
- Monitor and track campaign performance including ROI metrics in line with budgets and forecasts
- Provide regular performance updates and reports to key stakeholder and the executive team
What Type of Person Will Be Successful

To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
- Relevant experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrated experience of developing and executing B2B and B2C digital marketing plans
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to drive growth in the business via digital marketing platforms and their application.
- Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, Google analytics, and Websites. Understanding of CMS platforms
- Experience with managing CRM systems and Marketing automation (Salesforce, Adobe etc)
- Experience with, and/or managing a team in social media platforms (Facebook, Linkedin or others)
- Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships across complex businesses
- Experience with managing relationships and performance with agencies
