About you
You are a multi-channel Marketing Manager with B2B experience, who is comfortable with owning, developing, planning and executing, high-performance marketing campaigns. Mere “Brand awareness” is NOT enough for you. Your mission is simple: generate exhibitor and sponsor interest, and drive visitor acquisition, attendance, and retention for high-profile industry events.
You love getting under the skin of your product, creating a measurable impact, and smashing goals. You understand that launching a campaign is just the beginning and know where to push and pull to optimise things at both the strategic and production level.
You are “hands on”. When deadlines are tight, you can prioritise and excel. When deadlines are loose, you’re learning and supporting your marketing teammates. You don’t need a heavy hand to make sure your work is done on time and to the highest of standards. Subpar work is unacceptable not just to us, but to you as well. You’re easy to work with and truly a team player. You contribute to the positive atmosphere in the office and enjoy coming to work each day.
