Responsibilities:
KOL & Influencer Partnership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive KOL marketing strategies
- Identify and recruit high-impact Key Opinion Leaders in finance and technology
- Design innovative collaboration frameworks with influencers
- Measure and optimize KOL campaign performance and ROI
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier influencers
Performance Marketing & Growth:
- Design data-driven digital marketing campaigns
- Manage multi-channel performance marketing initiatives
- Optimize user acquisition strategies across digital platforms
- Implement advanced tracking and attribution models
- Conduct comprehensive A/B testing and conversion optimization
Partnership Development:
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities
- Negotiate and manage collaborative marketing agreements
- Develop partnership marketing programs
- Track and report partnership performance metrics
- Create scalable partnership ecosystem
Market Research
- Conduct competitive market research
- Monitor emerging digital marketing trends in Australian fintech
- Develop actionable insights for marketing innovation
- Create comprehensive market intelligence reports
RequirementsQualifications:
- 5+ years digital marketing experience in Australian market
- Financial services and fintech industry experience will be highly desired
- Proven track record in performance marketing
- Deep understanding of Australian digital ecosystem
