The Sr Mgr-Digital Tech Lead reports into the Director-Digital Platform Lead and responsible for the development, support and services of the digital platform. The Digital Tech Lead partners with the vendors and Commercial Products and Platforms teams to craft and deliver the solutions to the markets and segment.
The Tech Lead is responsible for the readiness of capabilities and services of the systems within the group ensuring they are secure and standardized and can be easily consumed by the markets. Ensuring the solution and standard processes are consistently applied across all markets.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including market representatives, deployment teams, and development teams
- Lead the readiness assessment of digital platforms and products
- Develop and implement global processes, policies, and standards for digital solutions
- Provide training and support to teams on new digital solutions and processes
- Collaborate with Product and segment teams to align digital solutions with business objectives and market needs
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of digital solutions
- Identify and analyse potential risks associated with digital solutions and implement strategies to mitigate them
- Ensure the quality of digital solutions by establishing and monitoring quality standards and metrics
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital solutions to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Monitor the performance of digital solutions and processes to ensure they meet established goals and benchmarks
- Oversee the allocation and management of resources to support the implementation and maintenance of digital solutions
