Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support professional with a complimentary skillsets in digital advertising and no-code tools to join our team at Retirement Your Way. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees across all departments, while assisting the marketing team with digital ad analysis and website changes. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a flexible and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.
- Collaborate with IT Admin to identify and implement IT solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of audiovisual equipment for meetings and presentations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and software licenses.
- Liaise with digital marketers and web developers to ensure optimal digital presence.
- Maintain a no-code Airtable database for task management.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement of IT services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR proven experience of technical competency in a professional context.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, including our elderly retirement village residents on occasion.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
