You
will drive the seamless journey across both B2B and B2C, leading the sales and
marketing teams to deliver on brand, revenue and profit objectives. You will think outside the box and utilise
strategic thinking, creativity, and innovation in the planning and building of
strong sales and marketing programs through close collaboration with
cross-functional, regional & global teams.

YOUR ROLE
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to
drive market share and revenue growth across all channels in Australia.
- Implement comprehensive revenue generation
strategies to achieve and exceed company targets. Relationship
management of tier one customers.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic national sales team,
fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and
manage budgets, financial forecasts.
- Define sales targets and gross profit by customer
to achieve revenue and profit margin objectives.
- Management of contracts, negotiating trading terms
including rebates and discounts.
- Lead
multi-channel campaigns, leveraging promotional activity, social, CRM, content,
and traditional mediums to achieve maximum impact.
- Implement
an innovative marketing strategy across multiple channels to maximize customer
reach and build brand awareness.
- Spearhead
catalogue, local production, promotions, New Product Development (NPD) to
deliver on brand objectives.
Lead meetings in the region to ensure strategies, and
new brands are aligned with business objectives
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s
Degree with a focus in Business, Marketing or equivalent is desirable.
- 10+ years of relevant sales and marketing
experience at senior level within the beauty/hair industry.
- Proven experience in P&L management, strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of managing and developing
teams across both sales and marketing functions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and
negotiation skills.
- High levels of business and financial acumen with
an understanding of company strategy and change management.
