CMBM (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a well-established Queensland owned and operated Facility Services and Cleaning business, enjoying continued growth throughout the State.
To support our continued growth, we are seeking Marketing Coordinator to join our central support team based in Eight Mile Plains to take charge of our external Marketing.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with department managers to develop and execute innovate marketing campaigns and strategies
- Manage and maintain our social and digital marketing presence in line with company marketing policies
- Utilise digital marketing channels such as our website, social media, and email campaigns to increase visibility and engagement
- Update and maintain company website
- Analyse marketing data and metrics to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Previous experience in marketing is preferred, with a strong understanding of lead generation techniques
- Proficiency in traditional and digital marketing and social platforms
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Website design and management
- Graphic design
- Understanding of digital marketing including through social media, EDM’s, google ads, and SEO strategies
- Skilled in copywriting, communication and development of marketing strategies, use of Adwords etc.
Desirable:
- Photography skills
- Tendering experience
