About the Position
We are currently looking for an Asset Management Specialist who will be responsible for delivering a high level of service through facilitation of all service requests and incidents received from clients. The role primarily involves assisting with the staging and configuration of end user devices to specific specifications and standards while maintaining SLAs and meeting customer expectations. This also includes customer reporting, health checks & investigations, hot swap requests, bulk disconnections and data integrity.
In this role you will:
• Provide internal support as well as maintain and update devices with platforms including Telstra MDM, Samsung Knox, Intune, Apple GSX and Damstra.
• Perform stocktake on customer owned devices and accessories, review and investigate discrepancies.
• Stage and configure devices in line with business targets, customer requirements and SLAs.
• Log and process return handsets, repairs, hot swaps and escalations in line with Entag and Telstra returns policies and procedures.
• Manage customers asset life cycle from beginning to end.
• Resolve customer complaints whilst adhering to procedures and guidelines.
• Dispatch customer managed devices.
About You:
You will have:
• No previous qualifications required, however Apple, Android and Windows certifications relating to mobile configuration and deployment would be advantageous
• Prior demonstrated technical experience in mass deployment of technology (highly desired)
• Knowledge of Apple’s iOS, Android and Windows deployment processes
• Knowledge and application of repair and device sanitisation procedures and policies
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced organisation
• Ability to perform problem solving logic to a variety of issues
