Office & Marketing Manager

We’re looking for someone who has a blend of technological prowess, a flare for marketing & sales and comes with a strong administrative background. This important role will see you be the backbone of our eCommerce and distribution business where you will be responsible for executing a diverse range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage a variety of marketing, administrative, and IT tasks, projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate company Brand and marketing activities to maximise business exposure including liaising with consultants to maximise lead generation & sales outcomes via our website.
• Liaise with internal and external customers, providing them with assurance that all their Gienic needs are in good hands.
About you:
• You’re a self-starter that is proactive, resourceful & reliable.
• Prior experience working in a similar role with Marketing, Sales & Ecommerce an advantage.
• IT savvy and looking for opportunities to improve systems and processes for greater efficiencies.
• Must be competent and proficient with IT and eCommerce platforms (ideally WooCommerce & Zoho CRM) and basic marketing platforms.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask with competing deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to capture tasks, opportunities, and leads, and to implement, and improve processes.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
